I felt I was treated as an employee by working on real tasks and clients

Word of mouth, ANCHOVY. was mentioned at school.

What is your current role and why are you passionate about it?

Head of Design. I love design in general. I always strive to give inspiration or create a visually appealing piece of work

What where the challenges that you faced through out all this time?

Workload, internal misalignments, hard clients

Name one favorite thing and one challenging thing about your current role?

To think outside the box. It’s a double edged sword since it is enjoyable to explore and experiment, but is time consuming (not ideal for a fast pace agency).

Do you see any improvements during your time here? If yes please explain in detail.

Quality of work and managerial skills. I also think that I improved on giving critical feedback.

If you had a magic wand where anything is possible what would you change within your role?

More time to experiment, a huge team of specialized designers to lead and bigger scoped projects to work on

Solutions through design, uniqueness, individuality, client satisfaction and overall good design
